Dot KN, the registry for the ccTLD of St Kitts and Nevis, is currently making changes to the registry and registration procedures and have put on hold new registrations until the new changes are implemented. The University of Puerto Rico previously operated the .kn registry but wanted to divest themselves of the task according to the ICANN board meeting April 30 preliminary report. The report notes the redelegation request was received from relevant government representatives to move it to the Ministry of Finance, Sustainable Development, Information and Technology of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The operations are to be conducted by the ccTLD operator for .TW (TWNIC).
A motion approving this move was approved unanimously by the ICANN board.
